ABOUT
Meet the Beyond the Game Collective

Beyond the Game Collective (BTG Collective) is a Southern California youth development and student-athlete wellness initiative supporting young people beyond sports, academics, and performance.
We provide student-athlete workshops, youth mental health education, school presentations, team workshops, professional in-services, speaking engagements, family resources, and community events throughout Southern California.
At BTG Collective, we believe student-athletes and young performers need more than coaching to thrive. They need practical tools, trusted professionals, meaningful conversations, and access to resources that support their mental health, education, communication, personal development, financial literacy, relationships, and future goals.
Through our 7 pillars of whole-person development, Beyond the Game Collective helps students and families navigate the pressures that can come with school, competitive sports, performance, identity, relationships, mental wellness, and preparing for life after graduation.
We partner with schools, youth sports organizations, athletic teams, coaches, educators, therapists, mental health professionals, community organizations, parents, and families throughout Southern California to create engaging and age-appropriate experiences for youth.
BTG Collective programming is available for:
- Student-athlete mental health and wellness workshops
- School and team presentations
- Youth leadership and life-skills workshops
- Communication and relationship-building programs
- Financial literacy and NIL education
- Parent and family education
- Coach and staff in-services
- Community health and wellness events
- Conference panels and speaking engagements
Whether we are working with a school, sports team, youth organization, or community event, our mission is to help young people develop the skills, resources, confidence, and support systems they need to succeed on and off the field.
